Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the enquiry form on this site:

• Your first and last name
• Your company name
• Your business email address
• Your reason for enquiring (visiting, exhibiting, sponsoring, speaking, partnering, media partnership or the Global Hospitality Gateway)
• For commercial enquiries only: your telephone number, product or service category, the audience you want to reach, your objectives and any stand-size preference
• Whether you have opted in to marketing emails

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special-category data anywhere on this site.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and contact you about the show. You tick a box confirming this when you submit the form, so our basis is your consent.
• To send show updates and insights. Only if you separately opt in. That box is never pre-ticked, and you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Your details are used by the B2B Growth Hub team working on The Great British Hospitality Show. We may use service providers — for example email delivery or a customer-relationship system — who process data on our instructions only. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and the edition of the show it relates to, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@b2bgrowthhub.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
